9:45am: Hotel pickup
10-10:30am: Talk
10:30am-noon: Discussion and group planning time
12-2pm: Lunch around UTown
2-2:30pm: Talk
2:30-4pm: Discussion and additional group planning time
4-5pm: Individual work/open time
5pm: Shuttle back to hotel
